3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made within the specified period to be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring all travel documents, including valid ID/passport, visas, and health certifications.
- You must behave respectfully and responsibly at all booked properties and follow the rules of the accommodation provider.
5. Modifications
- Enstar Travel reserves the right to modify, replace, or cancel any part of the website or services without notice.
- We may change these terms at any time, and continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
6. Property Listings
- We act as an intermediary between you and the property (Resorts, Guest Houses, City Hotels, and Liveaboards).
- We ensure property details are accurate but cannot guarantee facilities or amenities not directly managed by us.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Enstar Travel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party providers.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the intellectual property of Enstar Travel and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction.
